What began as a humble home for five elderly Baptist women in 1951, PierceCare has grown through the years to provide a full continuum of care and health services for individuals of all ages. Nestled on 29 wooded acres in Brooklyn, the PierceCare campus houses Creamery Brook Village with 82 independent and assisted living apartments and cottages as well as Pierce Memorial Baptist Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 72-bed facility which provides 5-Star rated long and short term nursing care.

Pierce Memorial Baptist Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers a truly warm and caring atmosphere with mostly private rooms, spacious grounds and gardens, sunny living areas, chapel, large dining areas and well equipped recreation areas.
Residents are treated as members of our family. They are supported and encouraged to live their lives at the highest level of independence as their individual needs allow with dignity and home-like comfort. Daily activities include a variety of engaging and stimulating programs such as exercise, games, music, bingo, parties and baking, as well as a wide range of intellectually stimulating programs. Monthly excursions include luncheons at area restaurants, shopping trips, picnics, rides through the country, movies and plays, and much more.
